Unable to access Paypal payment via Pinecone Research

Have taken part in Pinecone surveys for years and was paid £3 per survey. Can see Paypal in their search and get as far as picking for example £4 x 5, putting in my Paypal address, hitting submit, but nothing happens. Has anyone been paid this way recently? I have emailed Pinecone 4 times and not getting anywhere.
I was going to buy a pet bowl until I saw just how inflated their prices are for products.

Turn pop up blocker off ?
Also you now have to manually enter your paypal address again, underneath where it says your paypal address0 -
I have been emailing them too for days without success. It used to be a great survey site but since changing to their new system it has been so much hassle. Thinking of leaving. I never get the paypal straight away like I used to and everytime I try and log in it says my details are invalid. I email and then they do not help me. Glad it is not just me.0

Thanks Cally6008, I did notice I was getting a "web message" popping up, I didn't stop pop ups but pressed the Control button instead.
Received an email from Pinecone this evening, hope this helps dolly74 and anyone else having problems.
Pinecone reply,
Another panel member that was having a similar problem wrote: "I have found the problem. It is to do with Internet Explorer. Trouble was the message was so brief I almost missed it. It was to allow access to site allow or not allow. I have now set it to allow at any time and this has put the problem right. I do have my privacy setting high and this was causing the problem".
Anyway I've had email saying I've requested Paypal payment, so looks all good. I too much preferred the old way, less hassle for sure.I love this place :j:T:j0 -
I think they've had some issues with their site. Some slow payment recently, but one suggestion I have to try Chrome/Firefox and delete your cookies etc. Internet explorer is having notoriously badly problems at the moment. Mutliple issues with 11. If this is your primary i'd go back to 10.
Hope that helps

I don't use IE but seem blind when it comes to finding how to request a simple Paypal payment and not be forced to choose items, vouchers, etc... :mad:0

I think they have changed providers of the paypal payments
Used to come through as "Panel Payment" but the last £3 I had was "BBI Marketing Inc"
But I wish they bring back auto paypal payments for members who don't want the hassle of logging in, selecting the reward, checking out and waiting a couple days for it to drop. Makes me wonder what the uptake for the other rewards are.0 -

Just type paypal in the search box that comes up on the first screen when you log into the rewards site and press enter - then it should show the 2 paypal options and no others

The best way to do it
I must admit I rarely have problems, just been slower payment than usual. When it pops up I think you hit agree and then checkout
