I've had a look but I've been put off by the interest rates - it seems unfair to have to pay them considering both our spotless credit records and very large deposit.
I'd ideally like to go with a high-street bank if possible - if anyone had any experience in dealing with them and being able to explain your personal circumstances I'd love to hear it?
?
Not entirely sure I understand this?
They are what used to be known as 'whole of market' so can deal with anyone that a broker can?I am a mortgage adviser. You should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Ah thanks - I was unsure if I was going to be automatically charged stupid interest rates (what I'd call 5%+) for going down this route. I've noticed they seem to reccomend quite a few options including Halifax? As people who would accept Contractors for mortgages.
I'll have to bear them in mind come September when making my formal enquiries.0
