Hi,
Looking for a little advise.
My mom and her partner are wanting to buy a home, her partner has £80,000 cash to put in to a new home.
If my partner and I wanted to go 50% on a new house with them as an investment by getting a mortgage for the other 50% , would we be able to get a joint mortgage, the 2 of us, and then split ownership 50% my mom's partner and 50% us?
Or would the mortgage have to be in all 3 of our names?
Thanks.

I would need to be in all 3 names with 99% of lenders.I am a Mortgage Broker
