No bother Betterdays. I found it strange how they repo'd Dec 13, i had to vacate 01-01-14 but thy didn't take 'actual' possession til Feb '14. Was printed in black & white on the document i received from my local county court too. I'll never have another thing to do with the set of bent scoundrels again as long as i live :)
  • Yeah - I know the feeling. As David mentioned above, I've heard of them trying to get you to sign voluntary repossession forms which result in you being unable to include the shortfall from any sale in your bankruptcy - not sure how they can get away with it. Did it take them long to sell your property or do you even know if they did? I just wondered if this slows up the OR dealing with your case or whether it makes no difference?

Got absolutely no idea what the state of play is with NRAM, not heard a single peep out of them since i vacated :) As has been mentioned a million times on this board-don't sign anything from them :) The staff are totally clueless/ill informed, whichever way you want to look at it. Just prior to going B.R i received a call from them on my mobile, i'd missed 2 mortgage payments to save up to go B.R. I told the person on the line i wouldn't be paying because i was in the process of taking advice from the C.A.B re my debts. They responded to that with 'So, Mr Deano_66, how much are you paying today then ?'. I hung up. Few days later, i changed sim cards in my mobile, end of contact.
