For This Post......i Have A Few Things That I Havebrought From Kays Catalogue.......im Unemployed At The Moment And Only Get Paid Every Two Weeks......i Pay Every Bill As Soon As I Get Paid...this May Meen A Few Days Late.....i Then Recieve A Letter Saying They May Charge Me £12 For Late Payment If This Continues....i Then Get A Letter Dated Before The Late Payment Threat,saying They Have Added The £12 Pound To My Bill.....i Phoned Them Saying I Thought This Was Unfare....they Told Me I Signed A Deal Saying They Could Charge Me Whatever They Want Without Notice To Me For Late Payments....all I Want To Know Is...can They..and If Not How Would I Claim Theses Charges Back?

I got caught out with my visa...I was 12hrs late and got charged £12...nothing you can do about it you have to pay I'm afraid. You could always try phoning them but as its your own fault then I'm pretty sure you have to pay.
On the other hand if it was your FIRST late payment they might be alittle more sympathetic. In saying that it was my first for my visa and that didn't make a difference to them.

You could ask them to change your payment date so it fits in with your financial situation0
