Sainsburys Nectar Bonus Offers

I have been involved in a long email exchange with Sainsburys and Nectar about an offer of Triple Nectar Points for shopping for groceries online.
The essence of the dispute was non-receipt of the bonus Nectar points that had been promised. These were ultimately credited to me after some hassle.
Be aware of the following information sent to me by Sainsburys:
Unfortunately, we have been experiencing technical issues so that although points are showing on our system, they are not registering on Nectar[FONT="]'[/FONT]s database. We are looking into this as a priority and will take the necessary steps to ensure our customers receive their points.
I advise Sainsburys customers to check that they have indeed received the bonus points expected when shopping online for groceries.
