Have to agree with you Martin. Companies are staffed by humans, customers are humans and humans make mistakes.
If I have a problem with a business then I ask them to put it right. If they do then I am happy. If I don't like the way they do business (but it is legal) then I vote with my feet, only if it is illegal will I take the matter further.Find out who you are and do that on purpose (thanks to Owain Wyn Jones quoting Dolly Parton)0 -

Why do you need money to have a reasonable living?
If everyone worked for the good of society and supported each other then everyone would have everything they needed (albeit not what they wanted, however).
I accept the socialist implications of that last paragraph but just think about it for a moment: it is only selfish, greedy and egotistical behaviour that drives our societies like this.0
