Natwest MiP, actual application and delinquent account.

Hi everyone,
My partner and I have a mortgage in principle with Natwest.
I have a delinquent account showing on my Experian credit file, with four missed payments from an online clothing company, totalling £113. I moved house and forgot to change my address with the retailer. The account was settled on 28.09.08 and from that date on, my credit history is unblemished.
Is the delinquent account likely to cause problems when we apply for the mortgage proper?

Hiya kingstreet,
I've just checked and it's not visible on Equifax.0 -
Just in case this makes a difference, our LTV is 60% mortgage to 40% deposit.0

If it is not visible on Equifax it will not be picked up by an RBS Group member.I am a mortgage broker. With your deposit and the age/type of the adverse and not being on Equifax, suggests you are going to be fine.
If for any reason you are declined, there should be enough to go at to receive similar offer from another highstreet lender.
Best of luckI am a Mortgage Broker
