just this summer i have started to get really oily skin on my face.
can anyone recommend a moisturiser or something that would help to get rid of it?
there are so many products on the market i don't know where to start!

These products wont get rid of it but will help control it especially under make up, No 7 primer in the white tube, very good product, the main ingredient is Milk of magnesia which can be used direct to the face as well (yes, really!) use sparingly as it can be drying, probably best to go for the primer but if you are on a budget the milk would work. A product that is working for me is L'occitane brightening serum, its not supposed to control oil but is doing an amazing job

Can you describe your skincare routine? Sometimes oily skin is a result of using too harsh products, which dehydrates the skin and causes it to produce excess oil.No more goo hoarding!

Using oils can help control oil. It might seem strange but it can work. Google it.0

at the moment i am using St Ives face scrub, a Boots Botanics cleanser [main ingredient is marshmallow] and Nivea Soft Moisturising Cream [jojoba and vitamin E).
i keep stealing a bit of my cousins Murad Cleansing Oil [as suggested, A.Penny.Saved] but it hasnt made much difference.0 -
I have super oily skin and I'm still looking for my perfect foundation that will help stop my face looking like an oil slick by lunchtime!
I do however use jojoba oil as my moisturiser and is making my skin look lovely!0 -
Don't want to be a Debbie Downer but St Ives Apricot Scrub is notoriously bad for the skin. The little grains of kernel cause micro tears in the skin. A chemical exfoliant is much kinder.
Well your cleanser and moisturiser both look pretty good. I agree with the other ladies, oil works wonders on my skin. Give that a go, but it seems like mattifying primers may be your best bet.No more goo hoarding!

I have experience same problem of oily skin in summer. I have consulted with my health care provider and he suggests me Clarins Ultra-Matte Rebalancing Lotion for Oily Skin and it work for me. So consult with your health care provider and deal with your oily skin problem.0
