Hi everybody! I am new to this site so please bear with me.
Basically, me and my partner are wanting to buy a house we have fallen in love with at 95% LTV. We are FTB on a combined salary of £50k. We have no debt, apart from a PCH on a car which is £150 a month. No defaults, no dependents etc, credit scores are both showing in the 900's on experian.
The only trouble is my partner has recently left the army and has no electoral roll history. We have registered him on it in the last week but council said it could be at least another month before it shows. We need to put an offer on this house now as sellers are in a rush to move.
Do you think we have a chance of getting a mortgage?
Thanks in advance.

It should be possible, might be worth speaking to a broker though. Some lenders are fussier about this more than others.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it. We have booked an appointment with a broker for this week. Could we prove address by council tax bills etc in the meantime?0
