It says the offer is for Cross Stitch Card Shop subscribers but I have cancelled my subscription and when I phoned I was not asked about it and I don't think they looked it up as I had to give all my details.

Nice magazine, good size range of garments up to 22, free cover gift... but expensive at full price! (I opted for 3 for £3)
