    Timeline to date
    28/6/14-viewed house,put offer in £5k under asking, offer accepted.
    8/7/14-full application put in with kensington via broker
    15/7/14- proof of deposit sent
    17/7/14-13 point list of questions and doc request sent to us.
    22/7/14- broker received our posted docs and answered all the Q's
    28/7/14- broker called them, no valuation booked yet, manual underwriting going to take a few days apparently. Fingers crossed we hear something today.
    Vendor buying empty property, they are almost done there end, just waiting on us. :-(

    Kensington require couples to put joint applications in.

    What is going on here - are you not been mentioned - or has the broker cleared it with the Lender as an exception?
