Really need some ideas for dressing a waggon for carnival next week please

We've been offered the waggon this morning , we were going to walk the route as a group but now we need a quick theme . I have a gazebo and members of our group are all in various outfits so any quirky ideas will be much appreciated :T

Bunting made from old clothes, newspaper, carrier bags or what ever you have. Will brighten up the wagon. A cheap theme could be scarecrows. Old clothes stuffed with straw.0
