no you didnt read it correctly !

The email says
"On the 21 December, 2015, we will be removing the Loyalty Benefits section from MyMail. But don't worry – from January, you will still be able to find all the offers (with the exception of Mail Plus) on the Promotions page of the MyMail website.

So they are just taking out the "loyalty benefits" bit .
