MyMail is seriously getting on my saggy bits these days. :mad: :mad:

This time my gripe is about the unique code they emailed me for the free Tastecard. I'm trying to redeem it via the link they provided (www.tastecard.co.uk/redeem/mailrewards ) but Tastecard won't accept my code, it says: " You have entered a redemption code that is either invalid or has already been used!"

I've tried typing it into the box as well as copying and pasting but it's still not being accepted.

Just wondering if MyMail has sent out the same 'unique' code to everyone? Has anyone managed to claim their Tastecard, please?

ah, scratch my request. Just realised you have to put codes in within 4 days. I still hadn't entered in last Saturdays to my account

Thanks for the info - I saw that message on the MyMail website last night after I'd come on here and ranted...

I emailed them last night and they sent me another code today which actually worked this time!! :j :T:j Incidentally, the new code was a mixture of numbers and letters - the code they'd sent me yesterday was numbers only: perhaps that's what's caused the problem?
