I put in today's unique number to get promo tickets for the free screening of A Little Chaos next Sunday, but the Mail has sent me this old link for The Water Diviner (https://www.showfilmfirst.com/pin/772247). :mad::mad:

Hi, I once redeemed a reward and the e-voucher sent had an expiry date which was already out of date. I contacted them via MyMail, My Account, Mail Points History, View Details, there is the option to contact them with a 'problem' with your order. They were really helpful and responded really quickly. Hope this helps! You should be sorted in time for your Chaos on Sunday!!!!!

I had assumed there would be no MyMail staff around today since it's Easter Sunday, but I tried phoning anyway and someone answered!

Seems they're aware of the problem but they don't think it'll be fixed before Tues at the earliest, when they'll send me another email with an updated link.

The cinema tickets are limited to first-come, first-served, so I wish they (MyMail) had just taken a few minutes to check they were sending up-to-date links in the first place, since sending out-of-date vouchers appears to be a recurring issue...
