    Is the voucher the actual email then? as I just have a bar code at the bottom but no actual voucher as such.

    I had the £5 voucher for Clintons last week - I just printed the email sent from Mail Rewards and Clintons took that quite happily, so I am assuming WH Smith will do the same.

    Haven't used mine yet but think the voucher is the email and the barcode. Both silverfairy and I received the email without a barcode initially but that was rectified and now showing for us both iyswim. x

    Yes, I assume that the email + barcode is the voucher. The voucher that was in Monday's paper was just the same T & Cs and a barcode. (gave £5. 00 off a £12 spend)
