Poppyoscar I have just sent PM Monday / Wednesday codes

I'm not meaning to be rude or cause contention but I have noticed a few times that codes that have been posted to the site and used are sometimes going without acknowledgement/ thanks. I for one have to hold my hand up and say that i am partly reliant on the goodwill of people on here especially on a weekend for codes as hubby goes puce when we have little money on me spending it on paper. I do look for discarded papers on the train for codes ( which i want to share if I have a code for the day) and do buy the paper as well on some days. I would however have the decency to acknowledge as a thanks to the poster but also so as to not inconvenience other users from trying to input a used code.

I think it only right that people acknowledge the use of a code.

What you have to remember is that anyone can view and use codes and that if a non MSE member does use the code they can't say so and probably don't care anyway.
