Only had one change to last weeks plan, so quite happy with that :)
This week is a bit of a jumble as plans have changed, but we'll try and stick to it!

Monday - chicken and bacon risotto

Tuesday - chicken sandwiches! (we were meant to be going to the cinema, but cancelled last minute)

Wednesday - I'm out with my sister - decided once a month we will meet up and have 'sister date night'! I've put beef stew in the slow cooker for boyfriend

Thursday - leftover stew depending how much is left...

Friday - omelette with potato wedges

    Saturday - homemade fish cakes

Sunday - [STRIKE]sausage and bean casserole with cous cous[/STRIKE] made a concoction of pasta with butter bean sauce (yuck!) with sausages. Congealed and really not very appealing, won't be doing that again

I'm hoping that by putting meal plan in writing, I'll stick to it. Here goes.

Saturday. Sushi with peppers and avocado
    Sunday. Roast dinner
    Monday. Vegetable pie and pies
    Tuesday. Chickpea curry and rice
    Wednesday. Quinona salad
    Thursday. Sausage and mash
    Friday. Pizza
I'm keeping away from supermarkets this week. I have all the ingredients in.
