help please best western staycation win

I won a short break staycation with best western on twitter. Ive got the etails now and the hotel is in fallowfield manchester and there is no lift - i am disabled and need one. Icant find t&cs anywhere and i wouldnt have entered if i had known where it was, no lift . I know someone else won on here but cant find the post. Do you think it is worth asking if the hotel can be changed? thanks

    If you ring them and explain, they may very well have ground floor rooms, hotels often do

    I would say that looking at the front of the hotel if you unable to manage steps you will not even make it into the hotel reception area (it looks like it is upstairs)

    I would email them and explain you are disabled and unable to manage stairs and ask if they would consider providing alternative accommodation....... and looking at the reviews on Tripadvisor you may be better with somewhere else
