Remortgage

Hi, having tried to research this I am now even more confused : )

I want to get a remortgage (to buy ex partner out) of £150k against a property worth approx £315k.

Ideally fixed for 4/5 years.
Any good deals out there?

    Is a £150k mortgage affordable? Income, age, other debts etc will all have a bearing on the outcome.

    Hi, yes it is affordable, no other debts etc. I have a good pension with lump sum which matures in approx 5 yrs. it is just trying to figure out which deal is best. X
