Santander CC Payment Plan

Hi,

I'm trying to setup a repayment plan with Santander for my Mastercard with them, it's not got a particularly massive balance but things are tough at the minute and it recently peaked over the credit limit briefly, thats now got me into the position where minimum payment + charges are not covering the next months interest = more charges etc.

Anyway, I've tried secure messages via my account and got nowhere, they're determined that I have to call - which having had to previously deal with Barclaycard over the phone I'd rather avoid.

Is anyone aware of an appropriate address to which I can send my repayment proposal and personal budget?
