Disagree with previous post, aslong as you have managed your credit within it's limits, made payments on time etc, you should be fine.
Debt consolidation is an answer but not the solution. Statistically people who do so are highly likely to reoffend. Hence the general dislike by lenders to offer debt consolidation loans. In fact there's no better experience than initially tackling the problem oneself. As it's a sure way of learning a valuable lesson in life.0 -
Agreed it doesn't solve the underlying issue, but it addresses the immediate issue before it becomes unmanageable. The OP seems quite sensible in the way they have gone about managing their finances, and I would expect could use a consolidation loan effectively.0
