Me and my brother drink a lot of lucozade, probs entered about 50 codes between us but not won anything and now I've cut out fizzy juice so definitely won't be winning anything0

That's probably a good thing tbh - I'd rather not win some Lucozade tat (with apols to Sax who might secretly be very fond of Lucozade tat!) than kill myself slowly with the shocking amount of sugar in fizzy drinks0

236 calories in a 380ml bottle

Meaning 8 bottles (for women) or 10 bottle (for men) is your daily intake of calories (without any food)
Compared to ZERO calories in a 600ml bottle of pepsi max

From a Wiki page :eek::eek:There is 52.4 grams of sugar in a 380 ml bottle.
A teaspoon of sugar is about 4.2gs.
That means there is about 12.5 teaspoons of sugar in a small bottle of lucozade !

We exercise a lot and I run long distance so it is a good way of getting simple carbs in to restore your glycogen levels and get back some energy you have just expelled. I wouldn't drink it if you don't work out more than an hour or intensively though. But as a rule I'm switching to non fizzy drinks now anyway.0

I have just entered another 24 bottles this morning and nothing. It is starting to get monotonous now.[FONT="]
