iPad Roboform Issues

I use my iPad to comp but haven't been on for a while (I'm a newish mother so don't have much free time these days!) and whenever I click on the link to a comp it won't load. I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again but still have the same issue.
I just wondered whether anyone else was having the same issues and whether anyone has ideas on how to fix it as it's driving me mad! I need to get comping again as babies are expensive
