Excellent Customer Service

Last month I got a WEM from Military Monthly magazine for tickets to a Battle of the Proms concert, saying they had forwarded my details on to the organiser. Promptly forgot about it until yesterday realising I had never received anything. Of course couldn't find the bleedin' email either 
Luckily I found the comp on here which led me to a generic email address and I duly sent off a hopeful email last night.
First thing this morning I had a response stating they were sure they could help and that my details had been forwarded to the marketing team. Half an hour after that the marketing team contacted me confirming I hadn't dreamt my win and apologising for the fact I hadn't received anything. A couple of hours later I received a very apologetic email from the organisers for not contacting me sooner and where would I like my tickets sent to etc.
Bit long winded I know but just thought I would share because so often I read on here issues regarding receiving prizes, nobody responding to emails etc and I was really impressed with how quickly they dealt with it all.
Of course the tickets still have to turn up
