Apparantley it means i have abused the process for some reason.

Thanks - BC. Still confused though - if you have followed the due process correctly, in what way could you have abused it?

DFW Nerd # 166 PROUD TO BE DEALING WITH MY DEBTS
  • LOng story it turns out that my account was a savings account Which does not fall within the cca. The big but is i sent them a cca request. They banked the cheque and wrote to me saying that £1 had been accepted towards my debt. The question is if it is a savings account then why did they accept the £1 payment without confirming this ? Clerical error or whatever. Its not my problem. I made a request and the fee has been taken.

Sounds like another step towards recognition as a vexatious litigant!
  • Case was eventually withdrawn and passed to the fos to deal with.
