This isn't a comp I entered through here (it was before I knew about this board!) but AGES ago I entered a competition to have a recipe published in a Fairtrade cookbook.
On Tuesday night I got a letter telling me that my recipe is one of the 150 chosen ones and will be published Feb/March next year! And there'll be a launch party to go to too!
I love food & cooking so I was SUPER excited and haven't shut up about it since!
Not really sure how to put a cash value on that one for the tally?!?!? :rotfl:
