If you're the lucky winner of our online giveaway you could be off to Kenya for 13 nights in a 4* hotel on a full-board basis. The hotel lies in a secluded bay, and enjoys one of the most idyllic and romantic settings on the Kenya coast.
The Kenya Prize
1. The prize is for a 13 night 4* holiday in Kenya, based on two sharing on a full-board basis departing between September 2007 and Feb 2008.
2. The prize includes; return economy class flights between London Gatwick and Mombasa, all airport taxes and fuel surcharges, coach transfers between Mombasa airport and your hotel. Full board accommodation including breakfast, lunch and dinner. Outbound flight is overnight.
3. The prize is subject to availability and must be taken between September 07 and Feb 2008, excluding the following times, Christmas, public holidays and school holidays. The promoters will book and pay for the prize as agent for the prize winner and their guest, who agree to be bound by any terms imposed by third parties, including without limit, the terms and conditions of the relevant hotel.
4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize. The promoters will not be responsible for any delay or cancellation of any element of the prize nor for any inability of the prize winner to take up the prize.
5. The promoters’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into by the promoters or their affiliates.
6. The prize winner must notify the promoters at least 30 days prior to the selected departure date to enable to the promoters to make the prize booking. Although the promoters will seek to comply with the prize winner’s reasonable requests, all travelling dates and times will be subject to availability.
7. Travel insurance and extras are not included and are the responsibility of prize winner and their guest.
8. The prize is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable with no cash alternative.
9. The promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 years and over, except employees of the promoters, and the lastminute.com group of companies, their families, suppliers, agents, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
10. Except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions, normal lastminute.com terms and conditions apply to the prize and these are available on request. Entry instructions and prize descriptors form part of these terms and conditions.
11. These terms and conditions are subject to change. This promotion is governed by the law of England.
