strange OR letter ?

i got a letter stating that the OR is apllying to the secretary of state and buisness, to be released as my trustee ,
it says at end of letter this wont affect my discharge date ,
i dont know what this all means , is it good or bad?

Just means they have finished most of the routine admin on your case. So on the balance of things, good.

so no chance of early discharge then ?0

If you went bankrupt after 1st October 2013, then no chance as early discharge was abolished for those.

ok thanks , does the letter just mean he not going to be looking into my affairs anymore then , do i still need to tell him of any change of cicumstances or is he out of the loop so to speak ?

yes you do need to inform them of changes in circumstances until your discharge date or if you have an IPA until that finishesHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.

Its fine & its a good letter. Basically your responsibilities don't change re keeping them informed but its to let you know they have pretty much finished their investigations buy you can't be discharged before the year is up.
If you have been stressed it means you can breathe again
