Remortgage whilst using overdraft facility

Hi there
I am in the process of applying for a remortgage to cover some debt and home improvements as moving from a higher paid job to a lower paid job I have been constantly using my overdraft for the last few months
Will this affect me at all?

Do you bank with the lender concerned?

No I do not and I Have never exceed the limit of the overdraft
