Repaying Santander Loan Early

Just a quick query as I'm a little unsure of the wording of a Settlement Figure I got from Santander Consumer to repay a finance (HPI) agreement.

It is worded as follows:

"The figures provided above have been calculated taking into account all transactions up to and including 23rd June 2014. It is assumed any payments or cheques already received will not be recalled and will be honoured. The rebate calculation is based on a settlement date of 20th August 2014"

So, do I need to repay the settlement amount or the settlement amount PLUS two months direct debits (two more normally before 20th August). I want to just pay it off and cancel the direct debits.
