Just logged in to reply and you beat me to it:) Thank you for explaining it so eloquently.

Just to remind people that though the £5 works on the BEFORE prices, the basket price calculates the discounted price, so you need to make sure your actual spend is over the £25 delivery requirement.

If you are getting an additional £4 charge added, it means your total spend (excluding delivery charge) is under £25.

The £5 should be taken off the total AFTER everything else
