We really loved your action inspired photo submission and we now want to give you the chance to flex those photography muscles and get snapping more action shots using a Lumia 1520 device, for your chance to win a Red Bull VIP experience.

We’ll be sending out a shiny new Lumia 1520 to you for a month long trial along with the second stage instructions. Official Rules and Regulations

Before entering the contest, please read and indicate that you accept the Official Rules and Regulations, the Privacy Policy and the Site Terms. If you do not accept them, you are not eligible to participate in the Contest

ELIGIBILITY

Red Bull Photography competition(hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”), brought to you by Microsoft Mobile Oy Espoo, Finland, (hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor”) will be governed by these rules (the “Official Rules”). In order to be eligible to participate, you must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age in your country of residence. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. The Contest is open to participants/contestants (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) world-wide.



To be eligible for the prize, winners must have a valid passport and are eligible to get a visa and

be available to travel to Ascot, London, UK between the dates of 11th August to 18th August 2014.

The Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents reserve the right at any time to verify that any and all Participants meet the eligibility requirements in any manner deemed appropriate. The employees and directors of the Sponsor and/or its licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies and provider companies (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings) and individuals residing in their same household) are not eligible to participate. By participating, Participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest.

The Contest is void wherever prohibited or restricted by any mandatory national, state or other government laws in form and language as provided herein and is subject to all applicable mandatory federal (national), state and local laws.

PROGRAM PERIOD

Phase 1 of the contest begins on 27th May 2014 at 09:00 GMT and ends on 5thJune 2014 at 18:00 GMT (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Period Phase 1”). Please see http://www.worldtimeserver.com/ to determine local time in your area.

Phase 2 of the contest begins on 14th July 2014 at 09:00 GMT and voting will close on 28th July at 18:00 2014 (hereinafter referred to as the “Program Period Phase 2”).

Phase 3 of the contest begins and ends on Wednesday 30th July when the 3 winners will be announced at 09:00 GMT.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

To enter the contest users must successfully complete and submit an action inspired photo according to the brief with accompanying details in the form on the competition page.

Program Period Phase 1 & 2 participation rules

Phase 1 - Participants must submit: Photography (JPG or PNG (5MB Max) which can be taken on any

Device. Photography submitted must be original (meaning not using third party copyright materials) but can be pre-existing or created especially for this opportunity. There is a limit of 2 entries per person and per email address during Phase 1.

Phase 2 – At the close of Phase 1, A panel of judges will review all eligible entries received based on the judging criteria listed below, and select 50 people (each a “Finalist”) to receive trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices and an action inspired related brief. Finalists must take photos using the Nokia Lumia 1520 device and then follow the enclosed instruction guide to submit their qualified submissions. The images submitted by the 50 finalists must be RAW files captured on the Lumia 1520.

A qualified submission is one which meets all the Terms & Conditions and information below. The trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices will need to be returned in the return postage envelopes supplied in your Nokia Lumia pack that you will receive, no later than 15th July. The sponsor will make every endeavor to send out the trial devices to all Finalists, However we cannot be held responsible if devices do not arrive on time. The sponsor is also not reliable for any email communication failures, so please keep in contact if your device is not delivered as if this information is not communicated to the sponsor representative this will compromise the integrity and viability of your eligibility for the main prize.

There is a limit of 5 entries per Finalist during Phase 2.

At the conclusion of Phase 2, all Finalist submissions will be judged on the strength of their submitted images by The Red Bull Photography team and Microsoft Oy, and judges will select one photo per Finalist to be uploaded into a public gallery for public voting.

Phase 3 – The 50 Finalist submissions will be posted on a public gallery and website visitors who meet the eligibility criteria for this Contest (at least 18 years of age or of the legal age in your country of residence) will be invited to vote for their favorite submission and be entered into a random prize draw. Limit one vote per person and per email address. The odds of winning the prize draw are based on the number of eligible entries received. The Sponsor reserves the right to invalidate all registrations or votes in any manner it deems appropriate. Registrations or votes that are found to be suspect, fraudulent or irregular (as solely determined by the Sponsor) will cause those registrations or votes to be deemed void and the Participant to be disqualified

CONTEST MECHANICS

In order to access the Site, you must have access to the World Wide Web (Internet) provided by an Internet Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as an “ISP”) of your choosing and you must pay any applicable ISP, operator, service and other fees for such access. Any registration that, in the sole discretion of the Sponsor, is considered inappropriate or unsuitable for publication will be deemed ineligible by the Sponsor..

THE INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU

The information submitted by you will only be used by the Sponsor, in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and the Privacy Policy of the Site https://www.nokia.com/privacy/privacy, for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest. The information collected will be deleted and destroyed after the end of the Program Period. The Sponsor will not transfer or disclose the information submitted by you to any third parties.

By participating in the Contest and submitting your name, address, city and country of residence, mobile phone number and e-mail address (hereinafter referred to as “Personal Information”) you are acknowledging that you fully accept and give your unambiguous consent that the Personal Information collected in connection with your use of the Site and participation in the Contest may be transferred across international borders to server locations supporting the Site (including but not limited to transfers from those locations back to the country of your registration) for the purposes of administrating your participation in the Contest and storing the Personal Information submitted by you in the relevant database during the Program Period, which may be located in the European Union.

You have the right at any time during the Program Period to review, correct or remove the Personal Information submitted by you following the guidelines provided in the Site’s Privacy Policy.

DETERMINATION OF THE WINNER

The phase 1 winners or shortlisted entrants for the trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices will be determined by a judging panel as mentioned in the program period.

"Judging Criteria":

1) Clear relationship between the photo or video submission and action inspired theme, as described above Entry must be an excellent photo or video with good composition, clarity, and focus,

The Finalists will be picked by Judges from all entrants successfully submitting at least one qualified image in Phase 1

Phase 2 photos will be determined by a judging panel based on the Judging Criteria listed above.

The Phase 3 winners will be based on a public vote and of their images displayed in the public gallery.

At the close of Phase 3, the two Finalists with the highest number of public votes will each be awarded a Grand Prize. In the event of a tie between any eligible entries, an additional judge will break the tie based on the judging criteria outlined above.

In addition, one additional Grand Prize winner will be selected at random from among all eligible participants who submitted a vote during Phase 3.

Phase 1 Finalists will be notified by mail, email, or telephone by 10th June 2014 to the email address and/or phone number provided by participant upon registration as a Participant in the Contest. An email notifying the participant of his/her inclusion in Phase 2 will include a request for his/her preferred mailing address. The participant must respond with his/her preferred mailing address by 20th June 2014 failing which the participant shall forfeit the opportunity to participant in Phase 2. In the event of such forfeiture, the Sponsor shall select another Finalist based on the selection criteria above or dispose of the
opportunity to participant in Phase 2 in any way it deems fit. The trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices shall be delivered to the Finalists at the address provided by the Finalist. Such delivery may be by courier service, postal service or other means as determined solely by the Sponsor. The Sponsor shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) in the delivery of the trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices to the participant. The trial Nokia Lumia 1520 devices must be returned in the return postage envelopes supplied in your Nokia Lumia pack that you will
receive, no later than 15th July 2014.

Phase 3 winners will be announced after all votes have been submitted and will be notified by mail, email, or telephone by 14th July 2014 to the address and/or phone number provided by winner upon registration as a Participant in the Contest. An email notifying the winner of his/her Prize will include a request for his/her preferred mailing address. The winner must respond with his/her preferred mailing address by 21st July 2014 failing which the winner shall forfeit the Prize. In the event of such forfeiture, the Sponsor shall select another winner based on the selection criteria above or dispose of the Prize in any way it deems fit. The Prize shall be delivered to the winner at the address provided by the winner. Such delivery may be by courier service, postal service or other means as determined solely by the Sponsor. PRIZES

(3) Grand Prize: A trip for winner and 1 guest to attend the Red Bull Air Race at Ascot, UK. Trip includes:

- RoundtripEconomy class airfare for winner and guest from winner’s closest international airport to London, UK

- 3 night’s double occupancy (2 people, 1 room) hotel accommodation in London, UK

- 2 admission tickets to attend the Red Bull Air Race

Travel period is to be confirmed. Travel dates are subject to availability. All bookings of flights and hotel accommodation are subject to availability. The prize does not include domestic transfers, travel insurance, spending money or incidental costs (such as meals, telephone calls, mini bar items, laundry etc) other than those stated.

Winners must ensure they have valid passport/visas where necessary. Microsoft Mobile Oy shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution or any act or omissions whatsoever by the air carrier, hotel or any other service provider.

Winners must ensure they have adequate travel insurance to cover all potential accidents or injuries that could be sustained on the trip. Microsoft Mobile Oy

Taxes, if any, related to the Prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

The Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, redeemed for cash, or substituted except by the Sponsor, who may, at its sole discretion, substitute any Prize with one of comparable value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. . If the Red Bull Air Race is cancelled for any reason, the Sponsor shall have no further obligation to the winner than to provide the travel prize minus the opportunity to attend the Red Bull Air Race.



GENERAL RULES

Participation constitutes consent (a) to comply with these Official Rules, the Site’s Site Terms and Privacy Policy, and (b) that the Participant release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, including death, loss or damage of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize or participation in the Contest or any Contest-related activities. If a winner is found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, the winner’s Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
Right to use any submitted content

By submitting, and upon such submission of, any information or materials such as (but not limited to) feedback, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, likeness, graphics, video, messages, voice, answers, questions, comments, suggestions, scores, hints, strategies, concepts, designs, ideas, plans, orders, requests or the like, or any other material (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") to the Sponsor or through the Site, for example, by e-mail, SMS, and/or MMS, you license and grant to the Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free and free of charge, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, copy, modify, adapt, communicate to the public, make available, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, and display such Content or any concept described in it throughout the world in any media, product and/service, including, without limitation, game decks, games, consoles, wireless devices, mobile phones and any related products, services and accessories, advertising, marketing and promotional materials, and digital reproductions, without compensation, restrictions on use, acknowledgement of source, accountability or liability, and with waiver of all moral rights and rights of attribution, integrity and identity to the extent permitted by mandatory laws.

With regard to such Content submissions, you understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Content submitted, including but not limited to its legality, appropriateness and non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights and the Sponsor shall not be liable in any way for such Content. The Sponsor shall have no obligation to monitor any of the Content provided by you to the Sponsor, but may do so at its discretion. RULES FOR CONTENT SUBMISSIONS

With regard to the Content submissions, you understand and agree that you are solely and fully responsible for any and all aspects of the Content submitted, including but not limited to its legality, appropriateness and non-infringement of third party intellectual property rights, and the Sponsor shall not be liable in any way for such Content.

Further, with regard to any and all Content submissions, you agree that:

(a) you will not post, publish, transmit, distribute, or upload any information through the Site or Contest that is unlawful or fraudulent, or violates or infringes any patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret or any other proprietary intellectual property rights of others. In connection therewith you represent and warrant to the Sponsor that your content does not infringe the trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights of any third parties;

(b) the Content will not contain any material that is unlawful, libelous, slanderous, defamatory or invasive of another person's right of privacy or right of publicity, or that the Sponsor may reasonably deem harmful, vulgar, obscene, derogatory, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, objectionable with respect to race, religion, creed, national origin or gender, or otherwise unfit for publication;

(c) You will not send any such messages to any other user or the Sponsor that contain vulgar, abusive or otherwise inappropriate language;

(d) You will not disrupt the flow of discussion with vulgar, abusive or otherwise inappropriate language, or by other means, including without limitation hitting the return key repeatedly or posting repetitive text;

(e) you will not, without first using reasonable efforts to scan and remove any viruses or any contaminating or destructive features before submitting any Content to the Site(s) and Contest, post, publish, transmit, distribute, or upload any information through the Site(s) or Contest that contains a virus, Trojan horse, "sniffer" routines, backdoors, worms, time bombs, bots, or any other harmful software code, file, program or programming routine, or other contaminating or destructive features;

(f) Your postings or Content submissions shall not cause injury or harm to any persons or entities;

(g) You will not use the Site to "stalk" or harass another person and your Content and use will not suggest or encourage to any illegal activity;

(h) your use of the Site will not compromise the security or integrity of the Sponsor’s computer systems, networks or web site(s) or servers, whether by allowing intruders into the same, introducing viruses or other threats, imposing a disproportionate or unreasonably large load on this Site or its infrastructure, or using any computer programming routine, file or device to damage or interfere with the operation of the Site;

(i) you will not post, publish, transmit, distribute, or upload through the Site(s) or Contest any unauthorized or unsolicited bulk e-mail solicitations, chain letters, advertisements, marketing or promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", pyramid schemes or any other solicitations or communications, including without limitation spamming the Sponsor or other users of the Site(s), or use or collect other users e-mail addresses or phone numbers, or other users information or postings, or use the Site to perform any data collection, extraction or mining or gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Sponsor or any site visitor's computer system;

(j) you will not register with or otherwise use a false name, identity or e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, including without limitation the Sponsor or its licensors' personnel, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity, use another user's password (if applicable), forge headers or otherwise manipulate identification information to falsify or disguise the origin of any Content, or falsify or misrepresent any Content with respect to submissions to the Site, and

(k) You will follow all applicable laws and regulations applicable to your use of the Site and/or Content submission. Such laws and regulations include, without limitation, those governing copyright, defamation, privacy, publicity and the access or use of others' computer or communication systems.

Additionally, you agree that you will use good judgment and exercise discretion in choosing appropriate subjects and subject matter for any photo or video submissions to the Site(s) or Contest. Remember that privacy laws may protect individuals with respect to their being photographed or videotaped, so please respect the privacy of others by asking for and obtaining their consent to be photographed or videotaped, as well as for your submissions of photos or videos to the Site and Contest.

INTERNET

Neither the Sponsor nor its subsidiaries, affiliates or agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, ISP, website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures, technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture any such information. Any use of robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods will void all such entries by such methods, and disqualify any entrant using such methods. The Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to Participants' or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in the Contest or downloading materials from or use of the website. Should any portion of the Contest be, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of entries, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest, and select the winner from entries received prior to action taken or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by the Sponsor. You acknowledge and agree that you must conduct yourself in a mature and decent manner to other Participants, chat room spectators, and the Sponsor. You acknowledge and agree that the Sponsor is permitted to automatically disqualify any Participant that is acting in an unreasonable manner (to be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor on a case by case basis).

You acknowledge and agree that no form of cheating will be tolerated. Any persons found cheating, as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, will immediately be disqualified from the Contest. Cheating includes but is not limited to tampering, hacking of website, playing the Contest without meeting the eligibility requirements, using any automated software or device to gain an advantage during the Contest, using any cheat codes, exploiting any software bugs, use of the Contest beyond the defined rules of the Contest, attempting to disable or overwhelm any of the Sponsor sites, attempts to disrupt any portion of the Contest, including but not limited to allowing somebody else to use your Personal Information tampering with entry process or operation of promotion or website.
