Hi
I'm gradually paying back my debts, and today made the final payment on a bank loan.

The loan was from my own bank - and when I looked for the DD to delete it, it seems to have already disappeared - would this be correct?

Thanks. :D

Well done on paying it off.

My Natwest online banking, always had a loan showing on it, for about 10 years or more (2 or 3 consolidation loans).

When I finally had my lightbulb moment, I cleared it after another 3 years or so.

I logged in on the day after it was due out and thought, that looks different and the loan account had just disappeared, as if it never existed.

I expected it to show £0 on the balance and then for it to clear a while after, but no it was like the last payment was snatched out of the account and I was told, ok paid, now go away lol.
