Payment Plan Review

I'm due a payment plan review with some of my creditors in August. What happens? Do they contact me, or do I have to contact them with an updated financial statement?
Anyone with advice who have had reviews recently? Thanks

    Hi HB,

Not entirely sure as I have Step Change doing my dirty work for me :)

But I believe that all SC do with their annual review is just update I&E forms and send it on with revised offers (or confirmation of the payment staying the same) to creditors so I guess you'll just have to do that?
