Apologies if this belongs in the freebies board but I came across this on another website and thought you might appreciate it....
"For her final project for a master's degree in food studies at New York University, Leanne Brown created a practical cookbook, titled Good and Cheap: A Healthy Cookbook for Food Stamp Budgets, which includes over 130 pages of recipes that fit into a $4 a day food budget.."

It's American so prices and measurements need to be adapted but I think it's worth it!
