Can anyone recommend a good reliable online site for flowers? I have heard some horror stories so am looking for some recommendations

I always use yell.com to find an independent florist local to where I want them delivered - most of them have websites where you can see what they offer in the way of bouquets, arrangements etc and place an order.

If you go to somwhere like interflora it's going to come down to the local agent used, so the quality could vary from location to location.

<Edit> if the recipient happens to be in Berkshire I can recommend these http://www.moncherieflowersltd.co.uk/
and they appear to be linked to this nationwide network of florists

I always use Bunches. Lovely flowers that last and are very good value.

Charity flowers send their flowers by royal Mail and are good, as are flying flowers. I think flying flowers might do post and local florist?

I would avoid iflorist as I had a problem with them delivering very late and they did not resolve it well.

Yes, Interflora's very hit and miss. Have always found M&S to be quite good.

Similar problems with iflorist. Did not deliver & struggling to get money back. AVOID.

I've used Serenata a few times and never had any problems. I tried Bunches recently due to the recommendations on here but wasn't impressed - the flowers were basically a couple of pre-wrapped supermarket bunches in a box and there were no 'free' chocolates. The flowers weren't great either.
