Am I a '1st time buyer'?

I'm recently divorced and signed over my house to the ex / off the mortgage and currently renting.

Brief circumstances
40 years old, salary of £50k per year, retire at 55.

Am I technically a 1st time buyer again???

Any idea how much I could borrow (Could russel up around 13k deposit)

any advice is welcomed :)
One day I'll be rich me tells ya.....rich.....hahaha:D

    In most cases you're a home mover or subsequent purchaser. If you haven't had a mortgage in the last year or two, one or two lenders might treat you as a FTB but the products are so similar these days, you won't notice much difference.
