Application with the halifax underwriter ???

Hi everyone all information is welcome and thankyou for your time...
i have got an survey done on a property for £85,000 and the survey has come out for £85,000,
my credit history with noddle is 3/5 and i have closed all unused accounts apart from 2 with limits of 8200 and need to pay back 2300 in 12 month no interest offer, i have 2 overdraft accounts 1 jointly with my wife overdraft limit 0f £2000 which has always been in the agreed overdraft limit and for past 4 month never gone overdraft and the same for my own account but limit £1500 and has not gone overdrawn in past 6 month sitting at £0 so both accounts are not been overdrawn 3 month plus. i am giving deposit of £30,000(*in halifax account) which is gift and some of my own and i have all proof with statements from gift with letter as halifax requirement..(*which they have not asked for) i have no ccjs, or bankruptcy or any other issue of this sort my account/bills are always paid on time never been late... i am waiting for an reply from the underwriter nervous so was wondering what you guys think of my position any help would be nice thanks... also i have 2 mobile line total of £65 and broadband £20 thats it last insurance bill gone out and paid for insurance up front for the year and i have shown my self employed income and benefits(benefits come in halifax account) and they offered me on dip £75,000 but i am only asking for £55,000 and £30,000 deposit

sorry also another mobile line £15 so in total three lines of £90 but 2 are due to close down due to wife line as she was not able to get a line on her name as new to credit scoring but its good now she will be transferring over and i will be closing 1 of the my lines so i will have only 1 line next month of £150

if your broker is good, its best to speak to them?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Depends how the underwriters view the totally gifted deposit in relation to the fact that you are in debt, i.e. have no savings of your own. Suggests that your finances are potentially tight. So much depends on the detailed affordability assessment I suspect.0

Thanks for your advice and also I am giving about 5k of my savings and my debt is only 2k which if required I can pay off before mortgage...0
