Facing a disciplinary meeting after I’ve left
Comments

I just wondered what happened in the end. I was leaving my company anyway and handed my notice in the day before the disciplinary. I finish on Friday and they have just emailed me an invite to a disciplinary on my last day, can they do that?
I wondered what happened in your case?
Yes. You're likely to be sacked in your last day, and failure to turn up either means you're sacked without attending the meeting, or you left pending a investigatory meeting for gross misconduct.0 -
I honestly don't think anyone on here can help you. You need to get better legal advice - your solicitor sounds rubbish. You need to speak to someone who knows about education employment and who knows the process and what the implications might.0
