Besides it stops the junk coming through the door.... once i sent of a text for a free vauxhall brochure for DS as he loved the car on the front cover they never stopped ringing:cool: asking if i wanted a new car...........

I fail to see how filling in a survey for an intrnationally recognized, reputable firm can be classed as phishing.

The terms did state that the 100 points would only be given to participants who answer every question

I think you may have misunderstood what I was saying........
I didnt say Ford were phishing but there is a possiblity that with the site not being locked and secure it could be hacked into by undesireables

I also answered every question albeit not adding my registration but filling in the box IYSWIM?

Wonder how you had your application accepted as there were prompts re Reg No to be entered plus in the Terms & Conditions it asked for all questions to be answered?

Thanks and do not take this the wrong way but I was mearly expressing my opinion in terms of phishing and unlocked sites whether others put their registrations in is up to them I havent though although I have filled in the box and it has said that Ive been entered into the competition..........

Has anyone filled in their reg and it said anything different???
