Trying to squirrel money to pay off a secret debt :-(

Hello all,
I am a current DFW with a diary on the boards. However I have a bit if a secret debt which I need to clear without hubby's knowledge. So I will use this account to spur me on.
I know this sounds awful but it will really upset him as I part of it was extra spending at Xmas and the other part he knew about but seems to think I have paid off.
The other bad thing is I am not sure how much it is as the card is in my maiden name and old address and I have had a letter asking to get in touch as they have stopped the card as mail was returned.
I am predicting this is about £2000 but I'm not really sure so the first step is finding this out. I am a little scared to ring them to be honest so I will have to build up to it.
Hubby and I are currently debt busting so I realised I don't want to celebrate being debt free but have a secret debt going on! So I need to get a move on.
I have a cc with the debt I am battling and that was 211.05 more than hubby expects. I have a 0% balance offer on here so I am hoping to add my secret card to it as soon as I am brave enough to ring them!
How I'm going to do it....
eBay sales of big items hubby doesn't think we still have
Payments that aren't obvious from my normal pay
Any unused budget money.
So this is a big task...I am trying to view it as an adventure so it kind of feels like a game.
I have started....£10 hair cut and £9 school dinners weren't being used in my budget this month and then I paid £12.05 to round the amount down so secret debt on cc1 is now £180.
Wish me luck!

:(:(
The secret card is actually £2966!!! I think i am getting charged as they don't have my address so it is going up.
I am unable to do a balance transfer until I go in branch to see them as the card I have is currently out of date. On the phone I couldn't do a payment either by card.
So looks like I will have to pop in next week!
Nothing extra to pay off yet but I'm in the process of setting up a new ebay account so I can start making some money. Also want to look into a ppi claim
I feel a little stressed at the moment but I am going to try and get on with things and not let it get to me!

Good luck with getting rid of the debt. Don't put off the PPI claim as it takes a while to go through but can be well worth it.
I hope you achieve what you need to.1 debt v's 100 days chapter 34: T3sco bank CC £250/£525.24 47.59%
