    As already said above, they could get a CCJ against you by default if they send correspondence to an old address, to be honest, its best to keep the ball rolling with them, then at least you can prevent this happening. ;)

    the point is, there is no way of doing this unless he/she provides their address. so if they are not contactable at all its more likely drastic action would be taken
