Zanussi Tempolins Dishwasher Top Rack Not Cleaning/Rinsing

Hi All
I live in a rented flat that comes with the dishwasher, I'd guess it is 4 or 5 years old.
Anyway it does not clean or rinse the top rack to well if it is near full, seems to not like cleaning the back right corner for some reason! I have checked and the arms rotate and I cannot see any blockage and am wary of taking them off as as I say the flat is rented.
It has salt and I bought the extra strong rinse aid and also one of them wash things that you put in on its own.
Any suggestions or help gratefully received, thank you.

I'd be more inclined to find out how to clean the washer arm than hand back a faulty dishwasher.
The chances are it has collected some detritus, sweet corn and seeds are my main bugbears despite cleaning the pots down before putting them in.
You may need to block some holes up on the arm, get a pair of tweezers, and spend an hour getting more flustered to clean it; but if it is detritus there's nothing that is going to get rid of it short of manual labour.
The only other suggestion would be a replacement arm if they're cheap enough on that model.
