Hi,
I have had a bank contact me about a debt I had with them over 8 years ago. This is the first time I have heard from them and I thought after 6 years they legally have to void the debt? Is this true?
Also they have tracked me down at my partners property and I am worried it will give his property a bad credit rating. Any adivce would be much appreaciated.
