    Hi, thank you here.....
I am not going to retire,,,am seeking employment, and am firm on getting this a.s.a.p , am now on jobseekers allowance....Debtors are informed of this......so not worried here...............
pension advice line mentioned about IFA advice,
it is my final decision I know, and your all helpfull....However I am thinking if I wait until april 2015..I can do this without help of other companies like AGEPARTNERSHIP and avoid charges being paid to them....OR take out now...and their fee charged would be made up in interest if i put funds in savings account......what do you think....

No such company exists. The advice you have been given here that it's a bad idea means that no reliable and honest company will do it for you.

Hi dzug1, so they are not reliable and honest..meaning they will take costs and some high some low.....from my point arent they large companies that do this....such as Scotish Widows etc...

Hargreeves lansdown, but you will have to pay an IFA who may not sign off on it. AS it is regarded as a missale. AS it is not a good thing to do.

You have been in touch with "agepartneship" according to earlier posts. Have you been it contact with other similar companies?

Any of these could have passed on your details.

You have been given suggestions in this forum, you appear to be ignoring it ................

Have you read post 20? You have been told repeatedly that transferring out of a Final Salary pension scheme is rarely a good idea - any receiving scheme will require that you consult an IFA with the necessary qualifications for pension transfer - as for cost, this will depend on the IFA.

    hi,
no I have only let Age partnership know all details, have enquired with Hargreave lansdown, whose initial price on first call is about 45% fees....which is very higher then AgePartnership.....I have taken advice from all, and am seeking legal advice before final decision....I know my options...now and when I retire.....Withdraw now 25%, rest put in drawdown fund with Scotish Widows....when I retire....which will help me out NOW and later in life.....
