Halifax Remortgage - Valuation to Funds

Can anyone tell us how long it usually takes from a valuation to having the funds in our account for a remortgage with the Halifax?

Bump - All of the paperwork seems to be in place other than the offer, hopefully the valuation should have been in today, though the legal side is through Optima so this could still be a while off.

No. It will depend on the solicitor completing the legal work.
The money goes from Halifax to solicitor to you, so it's all in the solicitors' hands.I am a mortgage broker. If all of the paperwork is in place with the solicitors is it possible we could have the funds through in a few days after the offer?0
