    Hi Tixy, previously they were asking for £225 a month and I couldn't pay it. I have completed income and expenditure and it leaves me with about £50 per month when absolutely everything is paid.
    I am hoping they accept it.

    I have just sent the form back to the courts. I so hope that they can deal with this before any bailiff turns up at my door. I dont think I will sleep properly or stop worrying until this is sorted out and I know if they accept payment arrangement. It is all so frightening - I will never spend on a credit card again in my life. Lesson learnt the hard way.
