DHL item signed for by someone else

Hi,
I bought an item off ebay and according to the DHL site it was signed for somebody a week ago. I have a copy of the signature (a pdf from the DHL site) and it looks like a kid tried writing in Chinese. It doesn't say where it was signed for, just my city name. The signature only gives a first name with the surname initials. What should I do?
